The width, given in our our listing, is the width of a pleated panel top. Bottom will be approximately twice as wide as the top part. For instance, you are selecting panel 40" wide x 50" long in our listing. You will receive a panel, the top of which will be 40" wide long, and the bottom part will be about 80" wide, length will be 50" and it will include the pleats.
