Shipment and returns
Processing times
We strive to make and ship all orders in a timely manner according to the time frames defined for each listing.
For products marked as 'ready to ship', packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. For all other items that are made to order the time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Please read each listing description to learn about its production time. After you have placed an order, please check your confirmation email for the information on when your order will be shipped.
Shipment
All packages are shipped via USPS with tracking. Orders from $500 and more are sent with receiver's signature confirmation request in order to avoid loss of the package/s. If you would like us to exclude this option, notify us via email.
If you prefer delivery by USPS Express services with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. Please contact us if you have more than one order and you want them to be shipped together. In other case, two distinct orders will be shipped separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and cancellation
We try to make your experience with Linen Duet as pleasant as possible. We do understand that sometimes you might be not 100% satisfied with your order. Let us know about the problem within 3 days of receiving the item. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
We leave the right to NOT accept returns on any orders.
If the return or exchange is possible upon mutual agreement, the restocking fee in the amount of 25% of the paid price will be applied. Customers are responsible for shipping of returned items. The merchandise should be returned in its original condition- not washed or used.
In case of return or exchange, make sure to ship the item back within 7 days after receiving the package. DO NOT ship any product back until the return is approved by the seller. We will NOT issue refunds in such cases.

- Custom and personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Sales and discounts
All promotional sales and discounts don't apply to shipping and handling costs and taxes. Linen Duet may change or cancel any promotional offer at any time without notice.
